Survey Hama Penyakit Dan Pembinaan Petani Tanaman Jeruk Di Pakpak Bharat – Sumatra Utara

ABSTRAK
Pakpak Bharat merupakan kabupaten baru pemekaran dari Kabupaten Daeri yang mengembangkan tanaman jeruk. Survey dan pembinaan petani dilakukan bersama FIELD Indonesia untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani terhadap hama penyakit jeruk yang berbahaya antara lain Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration (Huanglungbin) dan Citrus Tristeza Virus. Survey dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2014 di desa Siempat rube (kecamatan Siempat rube), desa Jamburea (kecamatan Si Empat Rube), desa Buangmanalo (kecamatan Salak), desa Aornakan I (kecamatan PGGS) dan desa kecupak II (Kecamatan PGGS). Sebagian sampel tanaman sakit di indeksing dengan uji serologi ELISA dan PCR di laboratorium Balitjestro. Survey dilakukan berdasarkan metode sampling acak terpilih. Pembinaan petani dilakukan dengan pendekatan Sekolah lapangan (SL) dan pendidikan riset aksi seperti yang sudah dikembangkan sejak tahun 1990 dalam Program Nasional Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (National IPM Program). Hasil survey menunjukkan pertanaman jeruk yang ada sebagian besar terinfeksi lalat buah (Bactrocera sp), embun jelaga (Capnodium citri), tungau merah (Panonynchus citri); terinfeksi secara moderat penyakit CTV, hama Thrips (Scirtothrips citri), Penyakit antraknose pada ranting dan buah (Colletrothichum gloeosporiodes) dan terinfeksi secara sporadis CVPD dan busuk akar Phtythophtora. Hasil pembinaan petani terhadap pengenalan OPT ternyata sebagian besar sudah mengenal lalat buah, tetapi tidak mengenal penyakit CTV, CVPD dan busuk akar Phtythophtora. Pengendalian yang dilakukan juga perlu ditingkatkan dengan monitoring, aplikasi pengendalian lalat buah secara lebih terarah dan penggunaan benih bebas penyakit. Dari hasil analisis indeksing diperoleh hasil bahwa 100% ampel terinfeksi CTV dan 57,14% terinfeksi CVPD.

ABSTRACT
Pakpak Bharat is a new district from Daeri expansion that was the developing new citrus area. The Surveyand coaching for farm field school member were conducted together with FIELD Indonesiato increase farmers’ knowledge of a dangerous pests and disesases of citrus, such as Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration (Huanglungbin) and Citrustristeza virus. The survey was conducted in June 2014 in the village Siempatrube (Sub district Siempatrube), the village Jamburea (Sub district Si Four Rube), the village Buangmanalo (sub district Salak), the village Aornakan I (Sub district PGGS) and the village kecupakII (Sub district PGGS). Some samples of diseased plantswas indexing by using ELISA and PCR in the laboratory Balitjestro. The method of survey was conducted by a random sampling. Coaching for farm field school member was carried out bythe farmer field school approach (FFS) and educational action researc has it has been developed since 1990 in the National Program for Integrated Pest Management (IPM National Program). The survey results showed that there was an citrus plantation mostly infected fruit fly (Bactrocera sp), sooty (Capnodium citri), red mite(Panonynchus citri); CTV infected moderate disease, pestthrips (Scirtothrips citri), Disease antrak nose on twigs and fruit (Colletrothichum gloeosporiodes) and spora dically infected with root rot organisms Phythophtora. The results of coaching of farmers about the introduction of pests and disease showed that were most are familiar with the fruit fly , but did not familiar of symptom of CTV, CVPD and root rot Phythophtora. Its need to increase of monitoring and application more focused control of fruit flies and must use of citrus disease-free seed. From the laboratorium analysis of CTV and CVPD results showed that were 100% samples infected by CTV and 57,14% infected by CVPD .
