ABSTRAK
Budidaya stroberi (Fragaria x ananassa Dutch di Batu mulai berkembang seiiring dengan berkembangnya agrowisatanya. Salah satu kendala budidaya stroberi adalah munculnya gejala kematian tanaman akibat busuk pangkal akar yang sering menjadi keluhan petani stroberi. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua varietas tanaman stroberi (Var. California dan Brastagi) di Batu yang diamati pada musim penghujan. Sampel diambil dari tanaman sakit dan sehat yang diidentifikasi patogen penyebabnya serta diidentifikasi potensi agens hayati untuk mengendalikannya. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa Insiden penyakit bergejala busuk akar di Batu sebesar 0 – 33,3%, gejala terbanyak di Sumberbrantas pada varietas California. Persentase gejala penyakit busuk mahkota antara 6,6% – 26,6% tergantung varietasnya. Hasil identifikasi ditemukan beberapa jenis jamur yaitu Fusarium sp., Phythopthora sp., dan Coletotrichum sp. Dari ke tiga patogen yang ditemukan dan ditularkan ulang pada tanaman stroberi sehat di screen house , hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa yang bahwa Fusarium spyang paling banyak dan dominan tertular ulang.Ditemukan 2 isolat Trichoderma spp yang berpotensi sebagai agens hayati di risosfer tanaman

ABSTRACT
The cultivation of strawberries (Fragaria x ananassa Dutch) in Batu city began to develop concurrentlywith the development of agrotourism. One of the obstacles of strawberries cultivating are symptoms of plant death due to root rot which it is often complaints by strawberry farmer. The study was conducted in two varieties of strawberry plants( Valifornia and Brastagi varieties) in Batu observed on therainy season. The samples were taken from healthy and diseased plants wereidentified its pathogen and potential biological agents to control it.the results showed that the incidence of root rot disease in symptomatic Stone of 0 to 33.3 % , the highest in symptoms Sumberbrantas the California varieties . the percentage of crown rot disease symptoms between 6.6 % – 26.6 % depending on varieties . the identification of several types of fungi found that Fusarium sp . , Phythopthora sp . , and Coletotrichum sp . Of the three pathogens were found and transmitted back on the healthy strawberry plants in the screen house , the results showed that the Fusarium sp that the most numerous and dominant re- infected . Found 2 isolates of Trichoderma spp as a potential biological agent in risosfer plant
